Create an API key
Open Account Settings → API keys in the dashboard and click Create API key.

Copy it somewhere safe
The full key is shown only once. Store it in an environment variable on your server.

Make your first request
Send the key in the
Authorizationheader. This lists your agents:

Conventions
JSON everywhere
Send bodies as JSON with Content-Type: application/json. Every response is JSON.
UUID ids
Every resource id is a UUID string.
UTC timestamps
ISO 8601 in UTC, e.g. 2026-10-24T10:02:11Z. Use the same format for date filters.
Pagination
Large lists take limit and offset query parameters.
Partial updates
PATCH changes only the fields you send. Unknown fields are rejected with 422.
Workspace scoped
A key only sees its own workspace. Other workspaces' ids return 404.
Versioning
This is version 2 of the API, served under /v2. New fields and endpoints are added without a version change, so ignore fields you don't recognise. Breaking changes ship under a new version prefix.
